White Chili

Saute
1 lb chicken breast (I use rotisserie chicken)
1 medium onion
1 cloves of garlic
1 T oil

Add
4 oz can green chiles chopped
2 can (14oz) chicken broth
2 cans (15 oz) Great Norther beans-rinsed
1 t salt
1 t cumin
1/2 t pepper

Bring to boil
Simmer 30 minutes, remove from heat.

Add
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream

Serve with chips or crackers and cheese.
