Grandma Hatch's Zucchini Bread

1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
Nuts if desired

Sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine sugars and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and zucchini. Add flour and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

  2. That was my banana cake. I'm brining you my zucchini bread tomorrow as a little extra treat. The boys wanted some today and it made so many loaves. I'll put the banana cake on here as well.
