Easy Chicken Cordon-Bleu

6 or 7 boneless chicken breasts
6 or 7 slices of ham
6 or 7 slices of swiss cheese
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/4 C. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the pan and place the slice of ham on each piece of chicken. Cover with a slice of cheese. In a separate bowl mix milk, cream cheese and soup. When mixed pour over the chicken and cover with foil. Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours. After baking remove chicken and use sauce to pour over rice.

  1. These were yummy! We loved them!
    and... just so you all know. I didn't bake them till the next day and they were still great! I just left them in the fridge. I could tell the sauce was starting to separate a bit, so probably shouldn't be left much longer than a day.
