Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Melt 1 cube margarine or butter in jelly roll pan.
Mix in bowl with fork:
1 1/3 cup warm water
1 Tbs. yeast
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. malted milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Add:
3 1/2 cups flour
Roll dough our on an oiled surface - place into buttered pan then turn over to coat both sides of dough. Cut with a pizza wheel & catch edges with a knife. Sprinkle with garlic salt, sesame seeds & Parmesan cheese.
Let rise 5-15 minutes
Bake 12-15 minutes
