Italian-Ranch Roast Beef...

Ingredients:
One large Beef Roast
1 packet Ranch Dressing mix
1 packet Italian Dressing mix
1 packet Brown Gravy mix
1 can Chicken Broth

Directions:
Cut all fat off roast. Mix all packets together with the chicken broth and pour over roast in a large crock pot. Cook until the meat can be shredded with two forks.

  1. This was a new recipe for me. I got it from my mom. Let me know how you guys like it. We don't get roast beef all the time so it's nice for a change. Like I told you all though, it felt like a Sunday to me cause we usually do roasts on Sundays, not weekdays. I HATE how they make your house smell too! :)
    I cooked two roasts per crock pot and doubled the sauce mixture. I started them around 9 PM and let them cook on low all through the night. I kicked them up to high in the morning and took them out around 11:30 AM. ...just to give you an idea time-wise!
    oh... I decided to throw the carrots in there too. We love crock-pot carrots!
