Creamy Monterey Jack Soup

2 1/2 cups water
1 med. tomato chopped
1 4oz can chopped chilies
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1/8 tsp garlic salt
2 chicken breast, cooked & shredded
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, cubed

Combine all ingredients except cheese and bring to boil.  Once boiling add the cheese until melted.
